I’ve always had a “thing” for Airstreams. The look, the nostalgia, and the personality that it brings to any camping trip. If you’ve followed the blog, you know that I’ve been doing a lot of traveling and have been fortunate enough to be pulling my own “Flying Cloud.”

Recently, it inspired me to do a shoot. This shoot needed to be a little boho. A little “glampy.” A nod to the traveler and adventurer in all of us.

So, as the idea started coming together, I called up some of the girls I’ve worked with in the past that I knew would get “the vibe.”

I then talked to Kate from Ginger, Grapefruit, and Rosemary. It’s a beautiful shop in downtown Cocoa Beach. They always have pretty things in there. (And I get to see it at home. My wife and daughter like to shop there- a lot.) I read that “her store reflects her belief that every girl wants to express herself as an independent, carefree & beautiful woman.” I couldn’t agree more.

The next call was to my friend, Pam. Every custom jewelry piece made by Jewelry by Pam can only be described as eye-catching and unique. I’ve always had a great appreciation for her handcrafted work. Pam’s “love for nature and all things perfectly imperfect is what inspires” her designs. Every necklace, pair of earrings, bracelet- is an art piece.

So, it all came together. Awesome models. The perfect wardrobe. The perfect accessories. Now, it was time to pick the location. What better place then a secret gem in our own backyard- Jetty Park.

So, we spent the weekend at the Jetty Park RV Park in Cape Canaveral, Florida. We shot around the park and at the beach. It was a really a great time!
